If you choose to move to Yahoo Mail, your Comcast.net email account data will be moved to Yahoo Mail and subject to Yahoo's terms of service and privacy policy. Once your email account moves to Yahoo Mail, your email data stored on the Xfinity Email platform will be deleted and you'll no longer be able to access your Comcast.net email account on the Xfinity Email platform. This change does not impact any paid services you may have with Xfinity. Xfinity services will continue to remain subject to Comcast terms of service and privacy policy.
If you choose not to move to Yahoo Mail and accept Yahoo Mail terms of service and privacy policy by the provided timeline, your Comcast.net email account, including all its data, will be deleted and you will lose your Comcast.net email address.
